The Diocese of Oxford Rural Team invite you to the annual day

to think about rural and agricultural issues.



PLOUGH WEDNESDAY

26th January 2011

All are welcome! (this is not just for clergy)

We will be joined by members of the Mission to Work and Economic Life Team in the diocese who will participate in discussions with us about rural economic issues.

Programme

10am Meet for Coffee at Field Farm, Hadden Hill, Didcot, OX11 9BJ

• Tour of Dairy Unit

12 noon   Introduction to Hall Farm,Mill Lane, South Moreton, OX11 9FD

• Lunch at Hall Farm

Afternoon
• Talk on TB in Cattle and the church’s pastoral response to those affected
• Tour of rural business units at Hall Farm (including a boxing gym - South Moreton Boxing Club) and discussion of planning issues

3pm Evening Prayer
• Evening Prayer at St John the Baptist Church, South Moreton led by the Revd Jason St John Nicolle

There is no cost for the day: there will be a donation bowl to help cover the cost of lunch. Warm Clothes and suitable footwear are essential.
