The successful applicant will be lay or ordained, a member in good standing of one of the denominations within Churches Together in Buckinghamshire or Churches Together in England.
S/he will exercise leadership qualities collaboratively and flexibly, encouraging and enabling local congregations and the Church Leaders to work together ever more closely for mission and service to the wider community.
