BISHOP'S HOUSE
Bishop's House, Linton Road, Oxford OX2 6UL will be open to the public on the afternoon of Saturday 7th August from 2pm to 5pm. This is a rare opportunity to see the garden which is in the process of restoration and redevelopment.
The extensive garden has mature herbaceous borders, an Italian Garden, woodland walk, bamboo "forest" and also vegetable and fruit areas.
Archway is a voluntary organisation of which the Bishop of Oxford is a Patron. It has served those hurt by loneliness in Oxford and the surrounding area for almost 30 years. Recently new work has developed in Abingdon and discussions to further Archway's work throughout Oxfordshire are ongoing.
